STEP 1: We work with you to develop a plan for you web site, including content, timing and budget. The output is a Scope Document that tells you exactly what to expect for look, content and navigation and tells us what we need to design and build.
STEP 2: We start work on the web project. Depending on the size of the project, we may ask for a downpayment at this stage. At the start, we will both agree on layout and content by reviewing static web page layouts. Once that's approved, web construction starts, and you'll receive periodic email status reports showing activities completed and in process, as well as a list of any open issues.
STEP 3: At various stages of the project, we will review your site "live" with you on the web and reach a mutual agreement that the expected work has been completed or what remains to be done.
STEP 4: Obviously, we support any "fixes" that are required for the entire period that a web site is active. We will also support any minor additions or changes to the site without charge for the first six months.
